Ordering Terms and Services

Jewelry Orders

Since you are ordering a unique, handcrafted item which will be created especially for you, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery, although in most cases it will be shipped sooner. If your order will take longer than two (2) weeks to complete, you will be notified immediately. Once your order is received, Kryzia Kreations will send you an e-mail indicating the appropriate shipping charges based upon the size of your order, the date your order will be mailed, and the total amount charged to your credit card.

Currently, Kryzia Kreations ships only in the continental United States through USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (2-3 business days) or Express Mail (overnight delivery.) If you require overnight shipping, please contact us regarding the availability of the products you wish to order.

Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted, and all orders must be prepaid. If you prefer to pay by another method, please contact me directly at kryziakreations@msn.com or by phone at 727-393-7929. Florida residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.

Custom and Bridal Orders

Custom Orders

(Including broken china/pottery jewelry, and real leaf jewelry)

Kryzia Kreations does accept custom orders on many of the jewelry designs shown on the website, as well as orders for creating specific designs that the customer dictates. For substitution of stones, and specified length or width of designs, you can either include this request in the Custom Order Instruction box on the order form, or email me directly at kryziakreations@msn.com.

For broken china and pottery jewelry, and real leaf jewelry, where the customer must send me the china or leaf to work with, please contact me by email at kryziakreations@msn.com so I can instruct you as to how to send it, approximate cost, and any other information you may need.

Bridal Orders

It is an honor to create jewelry for brides and their bridal parties, and I believe in working closely with the bride to get the exact look she desires. To make the process easier for both of us, please contact me at least two months in advance of your wedding date since it may take a little longer than the standard 2 weeks to create your special jewelry. This especially concerns those designs that include matching necklace colors to dress swatches. Returns/Exchanges

Any items returned must be sent back to Kryzia Kreations within 15 days. All products must be in the same condition it was in when sent to you. Exchanges are available up to 15 days, as long as items are in saleable condition. After 15 days, no returns are accepted. Postage is not refunded for any returned items.

Repairs

I guarantee my jewelry to be of the highest quality and check over each piece before it is packaged for shipment. If for some reason you receive your jewelry, and upon wearing it out for the first time, it breaks not by any fault of your own, please contact me A.S.A.P., tell me what happened, and ship it back to me. It will be fixed at no charge. If it becomes damaged after normal wear and tear, I will fix it for a small fee covering parts and labor.

Privacy Policy

All email addresses and other personal information obtained by Kryzia Kreations will not be distributed to any other mailing list service. By emailing Kryzia Kreations, you may be added to the Kryzia Kreations email list, but only to be contacted regarding new jewelry lines and upcoming events.
